Policy

ELE Trävaru AB's policy is to supply high-quality goods that are 3050 mm or shorter. In addition to standard dimensions, the company can also supply precisonscut cut special dimensions. All raw materials are sourced within an area with a radius of approx. 150 km from the sawmill in Kilafors. The origin of the raw material can therefore be guaranteed, as can the fact that felling takes place on land that is suitable for
sustainable forestry.

Environmental policy  

It is the policy of ELE Trävaru AB as a purchaser of wood and trader of sawn wood
products to act in accordance with the PEFC and FSC rules and intentions.

• ELE Trävaru AB does not accept wood from the following sources:
• Illegally harvested forests
• Forests where traditional or civil rights are violated
• Forests where high conservation values are threatened
• Genetically modified trees
• Natural forests harvested in purpose to convert the area to plantations or non-forest use
